With 27 years of hands-on experience within the Food Industry, I've experienced it all and have the battle scars to prove it....from joining the Food Industry as an Office Junior to leading Manufacturing Finance of a £1.9Bn turnover business with a team of 40 colleagues, there's nothing I haven't seen!
I'm now in a position to share my knowledge of what good looks like across all sectors, whether it be profit maximisation, cash flow management, forecasting or everything in between.....I have the tools to share with you!
